Born and raised in the Upper Peninsula, Edward Bennetts has a long history in the rugged woodlands of Marquette County, Michigan. He was born into a Finnish family and spent his childhood enjoying the great outdoors, where he learned to love hunting, fishing, and skiing. By the shores of Lake Superior, Edward improved his cross-country skiing skills, making his way through the snowy landscapes of his youth. Attracted by the wild, Edward went to college and earned degrees in mechanical engineering from Michigan Technological University and an MBA from Lewis University. His job took him from the peaceful beauty of Marquette to the busy cities of Chicago, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Houston, where he worked in a variety of sales roles for big companies. Still, he could never shake the persistent sense that he belonged in the Upper Peninsula.

Edward spent many years working in corporate America before returning to his true calling: writing. He started a journey to achieve a dream that had been with him his whole life, with a partner who was there for him. They started EJB Creative Solutions together, which is where Edward uses his many years of experience to write engaging stories and put them in books. Edward Bennetts’ inspirational journey begins in the woods and ends on the vibrant streets of South Texas, a place of unfaltering passion, perseverance, and tenacity. In his new role as Managing Partner at EJB Creative Solutions, he hopes to inspire people through writing and help them achieve their creative goals.
